Ahoy there me hearties! The Brixham Pirate Festival returns in 2010, for a bank Holiday weekend of swashbuckling fun, music and piratical antics to suit all ages.
There will also be another world record attempt for the most pirates in one gathering! Yo ho ho! They broke the world record at the 2009 festival, so why not be part of the attempt to break it again in 2010!
To take part, and avoid having to walk the plank, your costume must consist of a Pirate hat or bandana/kerchief, an eye patch, a sword, appropriate trousers and shirt, waistcoat or dress. Shiver me timbers!
