    Arriving At Our Parks

    If your holiday is booked through an agency, the check-in time for all accommodation types is 4pm or otherwise stated. If your holiday is booked through Beverley Holidays, we aim to have our Comfort, Comfort Plus, Premier and Premier Plus caravans and lodges available for check in from 4pm and our Platinum and Platinum Hot Tub caravans and lodges available from 2pm. Touring and camping pitches are available from 12pm on the day of arrival. All accommodation and pitches must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

    Our central check in for all 3 of our parks is at Beverley Park Reception and is open throughout the day from approximately 8:30am. If you arrive outside of Reception hours, please make your way to our Evening Customer Service Team situated at the Beverley Park Gate who are on duty throughout the night, and can be contacted on 01803 661928.

    If you arrive on site earlier than your check-in time, we can give you your entertainment and swimming passes so you can use the facilities until it is time for you to go to your accommodation.

    Check in is at Beverley Park Reception if you are staying at Beverley Bay, Beverley View or Beverley Park. Our park address is: Beverley Park, Goodrington Road, Paignton, Devon TQ4 7JE

     

    Please bring a copy of your confirmation with you when you check in at Reception. This is normally emailed or posted to you shortly after booking your holiday with us. If you forget to bring a copy of your confirmation, don't worry, we can also find your booking by your surname or postcode.

    Beverley Park, Bay and View

    By car (from North)
    From the end of the M5 at Exeter, take the A380 towards Torquay, into the heart of the English Riviera and follow the signs to Paignton/Brixham. Continue along the A380/A3022 towards Brixham, going straight over the next 3 roundabouts, and past a number of traffic lights. At the set of traffic lights with the Premier Inn on your right, turn immediately left into Goodrington Road. Beverley Park is on your right.

    By car (from South)
    From the A38, take the A385/A381 through Totnes towards Paignton. Turn right at the A3022 Brixham Road, towards Brixham. Continue through a number of traffic lights, and at the set of traffic lights with the Premier Inn on your right, turn immediately left into Goodrington Road. Beverley Park is on your right.

    By train
    The nearest train station is Paignton Station, a 10-minute taxi ride or bus.

    By bus
    From Paignton Bus Station, take the No 23 bus to Davies Avenue. Turn right out of Davies Avenue onto Goodrington Road. Beverley Holidays is on your right.

    Facilities & Activities

    Yes, WiFi is available on site and is free in all our main bar areas. WiFi is complementary if staying in all lodges. For all other areas, prepaid cards are available from Reception. However, signal is not guaranteed and we recommend all guests check their signal before purchasing.

    Beverley Park

    Facilities such as the swimming pools, crazy golf and entertainment are available throughout the main season, but close for the winter. The indoor pool in the Oasis Centre is open all year round.

    Beverley Bay

    Facilities such as the swimming pool and entertainment are available throughout the main season, but close for the winter. 

    Beverley View

    Facilities available to use at Beverley Park and Beverley Bay throughout the main season, but close for the winter.

    Please check our website or brochure to confirm opening times and dates. Don't forget our fantastic choice of facilities across Beverley Park, Beverley Bay and Beverley View are available to all, no matter which of these three parks you choose to stay on.

    Swimming and entertainment passes are included when booked direct with Beverley Holidays. There is a small fee for some other activities such as crazy golf. Facilities on Beverley Holidays are available to all no matter which of the three parks you stay on, although exclusions apply for those holidaying with dogs.

    Reception is open throughout the day from 8:30am. Our Evening Customer Service Team are on duty throughout the night, and can be contacted on 01803 661928.

    Yes. We have wheelchair friendly units at Beverley Park and Beverley Bay and the clubroom and restaurants are wheelchair accessible. A disabled shower and toilet facility is also available. The Red Cross provide a hire service for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and medical equipment. Contact them on 0845 331 3331 with your holiday dates and location to arrange delivery.

    During busy times, length of stay may be restricted. An adults only session is available every morning and evening. Opening times are displayed on site, but are subject to change.

    A cash point is located in Reception on Beverley Park, however this cashpoint may not accept some non-UK debit cards, and does charge for cash withdrawals.

    Beverley View

    Beverley View Lodges, Beverley Park Touring and the Oasis Centre are open all year round.

    Beverley Park

    No pets are allowed on Beverley Park. We do accept Registered Support & Assistance dogs.

    Beverley Bay

    Dogs are welcome at Beverley Bay from 2017. We have a dog exercise area and a host of dog-friendly facilities for your canine companions.

    It should be noted that there is a maximum of 2 dogs per unit and a small additional charge will apply.

    Beverley View

    No pets are allowed on Beverley View. We do accept Registered Support & Assistance dogs.

    We operate a no smoking policy throughout all our accommodation and facility buildings as well as around our outdoor swimming pools.

    Barbecues are permitted, but we ask you not to place them directly onto the ground, decking or picnic benches. Please dispose of them responsibly.

    Contact us on 01803 843887 to report any lost property. Charges apply for returning lost property. Please notify us as soon as possible. Lost property is kept for a short period, after which it is given to charity.

    Yes. Bus services are available just outside all of our parks. Please visit Reception for timetables for these services.

    Friends and family are more than welcome to visit you in your accommodation, but they will not be allowed to use the facilities on site.

    Lodges

    Our arrival days are Friday, Saturday and Monday. You can stay for a short break (Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday) or for a full week commencing on the stated arrival days. The maximum stay is 3 weeks.

    All lodges have an outside deck with table and chairs. Barbecues are permitted, but these must not be placed directly onto the ground or decking and must be disposed of responsibly.

    Guests staying on Beverley View are welcome to use the facilities located on nearby Beverley Park and Beverley Bay. These are a short walk from the lodges via an accessible pathway.

    Yes. Travel cots, highchairs and pushchairs are available to hire from Reception at an extra cost of £10, subject to availability, and they must be booked in advance. Please be aware that due to the design of the lodge, travel cots are only able to fit into the hallway or living room of the accommodation.

    Not all lodges have parking directly outside, but there is ample parking throughout Beverley View.

    Yes. All lodges come with an iron and ironing board. A laundrette facility is also available on Beverley View.

    Yes. All lodges have heating throughout.

    If requested, we will do our best to ensure you are next to or as near as possible to your friends and relatives.

    If available at time of booking, we will do our best to ensure you are in the requested accommodation. There is a small additional charge.

    If you are staying in the Premier Plus or Platinum Hot Tub Lodges, towels are included. Towels are not supplied with the Comfort Plus Lodges, but can be hired from Reception.

    Yes, linen is included. All beds are made for you prior to your arrival.

If your holiday is booked direct with Bevelrey Holidays, we aim to have our Comfort Plus and Premier Plus lodges available for check in from 4pm and our Platinum Hot Tub lodges available from 2pm. All accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

    Our luxury Hot Tubs will be heated up and at full temperature by the morning after your arrival date. Perfect for those who want to catch the sunrise as you relax in our bubbling Hot Tub.

    Holiday Caravans

    If your holiday is booked through an agency, the check-in time for all accommodation types is 4pm or otherwise stated. If your holiday is booking through Beverley Holidays, we aim to have our Comfort, Comfort Plus, Premier and Premier Plus caravans available for check in from 4pm and our Platinum and Platinum Hot Tub caravans available from 2pm. All accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

    Our arrival days are Friday, Saturday and Monday. You can stay for a break (Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday) or for a full week commencing on the stated arrival days. The maximum stay is 3 weeks. However, our Comfort Plus 4 Flexi caravans are available to book for stays commencing any day of the week for any number of nights (although stays must be for a minimum of 2 nights or more).

    Yes. All caravans come with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery etc. All caravans also a have fridge, oven, hob and microwave.

    Some caravans at Beverley Park do, but we are unable to guarantee sea views.

    If the caravan is available at the time of booking, we will do our best to ensure you are in the requested unit.

    It depends on the area. Not all caravans have parking directly outside, but there is ample parking nearby. If you have a special requirement, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    Yes. Some caravans have electric panel heating, as well as an electric fire in the living room, and some are also central heated. Please ask our Reservations Team for further details.

    Yes. Travel cots, highchairs and pushchairs are available to hire from Reception at an extra cost, subject to availability, and must be booked in advance. Cot bed rails are available at no extra cost in some types of caravans on Beverley Park and Beverley Bay and must be requested when make a booking. Caravans with this facility have a rail in the twin room for one bed only. Bed linen for cots and cot bed rails are not provided. Please be aware that due to the design of most caravans, travel cots are only able to fit into the living room of the accommodation.

    Depending on your choice of accommodation you may need to bring towels. Towels are provided in our Platinum and Platinum Hot Tub Caravans. If towels are not provided in your caravan they can be hired from Reception. Tea towels are also not provided in any accommodation.

    No. Irons and ironing boards can however be found in the Laundrettes.

    Yes. Both Beverley Park and Beverley Bay have wheelchair friendly units with access ramps, and a dedicated parking space right outside.

    Touring & Camping

    Both Service and Premier service pitches are hardstanding, with water, drainage and electric. Premier pitches are slightly larger.

    Yes. Free hair dryers are available in the amenity blocks.

Touring and camping pitches are available from 12pm on the day of arrival. All accommodation and pitches must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

    Only select caravans and lodges have allocated parking and this cannot be guaranteed. Please use main parking area for second cars, boats and trailers, which may incur a small parking fee. Commercial vehicles are not accepted. Touring and camping pitches include space for one vehicle.

    We ask that all pitches are booked under the name of the person or persons staying on the pitch. If booking more than one pitch, please provide individual names and addresses. We do not accept group bookings.

    Pup tents and gazebos are allowed on the majority of our pitches for an additional nightly charge. Pup tents are for storage only. Please ask our Reservations Team about prices.

    We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. 

    An awning can be put up on the majority of our pitches for an additional nightly charge. Please ask our Reservations Team about prices.

    Some pitches at Beverley Park do have sea views, but this cannot be guaranteed.

    The maximum unit size we can accommodate is 28ft/8.5m. However you will be required to do on a serviced pitch. Please let us know the size to ensure we allocate a suitable pitch.

    As a family park we regret that, except in some circumstances, bookings cannot be accepted from single sex parties or groups under the age of 21.

    Yes. As all our pitches are different shapes and sizes, if you can let us know the approximate size of your tent or tourer at the time of booking it will help us to allocate you the correct size pitch.

    Yes. If the pitch is available at the time of booking and is the correct size for your unit we will do our best to ensure you are on the requested pitch. There is a small additonal charge.

    Yes. Power sockets are available in the amenity blocks.

    We have hardstanding electric pitches available, and all Service and Premier service pitches are hardstanding.

    No. There is no additional charge for water and electric.

    A mains 16-amp, 15-metre outdoor electric cable is required for Standard, Service, Premier Service and Seasonal pitches. A 10-metre water hose and waste pipe is required for Service and Premier Service pitches. These are available from all good camping shops including our onsite shop.

    We accept tents on camping and standard electric pitches. When booking we will need to know the approximate size of your tent to ensure we put you on an appropriate pitch.
