Oddicombe Beach

Lovely secluded beach with crystal clear waters.

If you’re visiting South Devon, make sure you take the time to visit Oddicombe Beach. It is a lovely little secluded shingle beach which is family friendly. If you don’t fancy the walk, hop on the cliff railway which will take you down to the beach. On the beach itself you will find a cafe and toilets.

On a warm day you can easily spend the whole day here. The sheltered cove surrounds the lovely clear water. The beach here is pebbly so you may wish to hire a deck chair or sun lounger which are available in the summer. If you want to get out on the water there is kayak hire available too.

The café, Three Degrees West, is a lovely beach side place to for breakfast, coffee and cake or lunch. They specialise in Mediterranean flavour, with plenty of tempting tapas on offer.
