1. Kids Go FREE* at Paignton Zoo

Take your little witches and wizards to Paignton Zoo this Halloween between Sat 19th October – Sunday 3rd November for their tricks, treats and wild encounters. Join in with the Halloween fun, from pumpkin animal feeds to spooky ranger activities. Every adult ticket purchased can bring up to 2 children in for FREE!

2. A (Very) Batty Half Term, Kents Cavern

Dare to delve into the depths of Kents Cavern and join in with bat-tastic activities themed around these winged cave dwellers. Have fun decorating your very own egg-box bat, have a giggle on the batty joke trail or take on the Bat Challenge – a woodland trail where you can discover the 17 different bat species native to the UK.

3. Half Term Fun at Occombe Farm

Head along to the newly revamped Occombe Farm for some thrilling fun this October Half Term, including a spook-tacular Kids Halloween Disco. Plus, there’s chance to be a farmer for a day helping to care for our animals and feed them.

4. The Doomed Dates, Babbacombe Model Village

Halloween arrives at the Model Village this October 26th – November 3rd as ghouls, ghosts and spooky scenes create havoc for our miniature residents. Little horrors will love seeking out the pumpkins hidden amongst the models. Each child (age 3+) will receive a small gift if successful.

Once night falls, the eerie atmosphere continues with its evening spook-illuminations, complete with fantastic fire and light effects. It’s the perfect day and night out this October Half Term. For full details visit their website.

5. Spooky Science Ninjas, Torquay Museum

Get ready to embrace the Halloween spirit with a dash of science! Science Ninjas are back at Torquay Museum for two thrilling days of spooky, hands-on experiments. Visit on Thursday, October 31st and Saturday, November 2nd, from 10am to 4pm, for a day packed with science fun for all ages.

Bring the family and dive into a world of exciting science activities. From interactive experiments to exploring the museum’s fascinating exhibits, it’s the perfect way to celebrate Halloween with a learning twist.
