The Beverley Holidays’ Team have raised countless smiles among our lovely holiday park guests this season and last week they raised a glittering trophy too when our awesome staff were awarded Gold for their outstanding customer service.
Judges commended our brilliant Beverley Holidays’ Team for their commitment to continually improving customer service through a clear and well-implemented customer care policy and company-wide customer service training initiative.
Director of Beverley Holidays, Nicola Furneaux, said: “Providing our guests with exceptional levels of customer service coupled with high-quality holiday accommodation continues to be at the heart of Beverley Holidays’ ethos.
“All our team members undergo a thorough customer service training scheme entitled ‘The Beverley Road To Excellence’ and we have invested heavily in our accommodation and facilities in 2017 to ensure we offer the best possible holiday experience.”
As well as investing almost £1million in a state-of-the-art fleet of‘glaravans’ complete with their very own private bubbling hot tub this year, our holiday parks’ Jetty Lounge, Bar & Terrace was treated to a six figure makeover transforming it into a stylish new space with unrivalled sea views.
Plus, our Reception area was also treated to a revamp courtesy of our fabulous friends at Fruition, and a new and improved entertainment programme sees stars from stage and screen grace our Starlight stage this season includingX Factor’s Sam Bailey.
In addition to this, as part of Beverley Holidays commitment to customer service, all our guests are also given a postcard on arrival encouraging you to vote for your ‘Customer Service Superstar’ which recognises team members who go above and beyond the call of duty.
