Christmas is fast approaching so we thought we’d share this great little stock-filler idea with you. The lovely ladies in Beverley Holiday’s Reception recently made this warming Snowman Soup for a local Christmas Craft Fair by following these simple steps:

All you’ll need is the following:

• One small candy cane

• Two clear cellophane bags

• Two coloured curling ribbons

• Chocolate chips

• Mini marshmallows

• Drinking chocolate powder

• Scissors

How to make Snowman Soup:

Step 1. Spoon the drinking chocolate powder into one of the clear cellophane bags and secure at the top with some ribbon, cutting off any excess cellophane.

Step 2: Next, place this into your second cellophane bag, topped with a handful of mini marshmallows followed by your yummy chocolate chips.

Step 3: Now secure the top with some curling ribbon and add a candy cane so that it sits on the side of the cellophane bag.

Step 4: Finally, you can make the gift extra special by adding a bespoke gift tag with instructions on how to enjoy your Snowman Soup at home by adding warm milk and stirring with the candy cane.

And there you have it……a fabulous Snowman Soup stocking filler complete with candy cane stirring stick!
