Tales From The Caravan & Camping Show 2014
Two members of our team were among the 300 exhibitors who attended the event, which saw the biggest names in the world of motorhomes, caravans, holiday homes and tents kick-start the season in style.
Beverley Holidays Marketing Manager Claire Jeavons and Marketing Assistant Caroline Merry had a great time handing out the new 2014 Best Of British brochure – a fantastic guide to the finest touring caravan sites and holiday parks in the UK, including, of course, Beverley Holidays.
Caravan And Camping Show attendees came flocking in their thousands to pick up their copy, and it was fantastic to see so many familiar faces among the crowds with many guests from past and present popping by to say hello and enter our competition.
When we weren’t hard at work telling attendees about the endless benefits of Best Of British, we squeezed in a quick peek at the rest of the show which proved to be bigger and better than ever.
As well as featuring an exciting line-up of the latest models and accessories for outdoor enthusiasts, this year’s Caravan And Camping Show also saw a brand new dedicated camping hall complete with every type of tent imaginable, from one-man pop-ups to must-have glamping models.
Not far from the Best Of British stand were special-edition caravan models, holiday homes, luxury lodges and more, including funky campers for families to luxurious six-berth motorhomes fit for the Queen courtesy of all the big name brands.
But our favourite feature of this year’s Caravan And Camping Show had to be the surprise appearance from a very special celebrity guest, in the form of ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent winners Ashleigh & Pudsey.
