July is here and it’s hot hot hot this summer, so what better time to take a trip to beautiful South Devon. Here is a round up of this month’s top 5 things to do in the local area and right here at our family run holiday parks on the English Riviera…

1. Brixham Hap’nin – 6-7 July

It’s that time again for Brixham to host its very own party in St. Mary’s Park – perfect for all ages.  You’ll see lots of live entertainment from local bands, theatre productions, school performances, plus food stalls and a licenced bar. 2. Summer Activities At Beverley Holidays!

Here at our fun-filled Devon holiday parks we are well and truly ready for the School Holidays and have a fantastic line-up of activities for all our lovely guests. As part of the brand new Be-Active activities, you can test your nerve on our all-mighty giant water inflatable, sea scooters and water peddlers while soaking up the warm weather. 3. Paignton Festival – 21-29 July

Paignton Festival (formerly known as Torbay Carnival) has been running for over 100 years and is bigger and better in 2018! The nine-day event on Paignton seafront sees some fantastic FREE entertainment and festival fun for the whole family, including entertainment from our very own Beverley Entertainment Team.

Better still, head down to the carnival parade on Wednesday 25 July and you can even catch the Beverley Team walking with some fun props along with our very friendly mascot, Sandy Starfish. Check out the Paignton Festival website for more info.

4. Gareth Gates – 28 July

Fans of Pop Idol star Gareth Gates can catch the singer at Beverley Holidays when we welcome him to our Starlight stage for an exclusive live performance.

5. Dubs At The Beach – 29 July

Dubs At The Beach is back!  This fantastic day in the sun features trade stalls, kids entertainment, refreshments and more. Over the past years the event has been a huge success with many Volkswagen enthusiasts coming from all over the country. It’s a fun day for the whole family to enjoy if you’re looking for that perfect day beside the sea.
