COVID-19 Updates - 26/3/20 1pm

Important Message From The Jeavons Family

In line with the latest government requirements, for the first time in our 60 year history we have been instructed to close the doors to our family run holiday parks to all holiday customers from Monday 23 March 2020 until Thursday 16 April 2020, or as otherwise guided by the government.

This is a heart-breaking moment for all of us here at Beverley Holidays and will no doubt cause great disappointment to those of you who were booked to come and stay with us during this time. However, we can all take comfort from the fact that such drastic measure are for the most worthy of causes to ensure the safety of the wider community and show solidarity to those working on the front line in the NHS.

Many of you will have holidayed with us over the years and we very much consider you part of our extended big Beverley family, and as such, we have come up with a number of solutions to give you both peace of mind and something to look forward to once the storm has passed – and it WILL pass. This virus may be affecting daily life right now but let’s not allow it to affect the chance to make holiday memories in the future.

Booked to stay between now & up until 16 April 2020…

We have made some unprecedented changes to our existing terms an conditions to provide you with the following options:

(a). Transfer your booking to later in the season for anytime after 15 June 2020 with NO admin fees (subject to availability. If the cost of your new holiday is greater, we will do everything in our power to find the best possible price for your new dates. There is no hurry to pay the remaining balance and all we ask is that it’s paid 6 weeks before arrival).

(b). Transfer your booking to a holiday credit: which can be used for any stay up until Thursday 29 April 2021 with NO admin fees. We haven’t yet opened bookings yet for 2021, but the money will be stored safely in your account ready for when we do. If you are transferring your booking to a like-for-like booking in 2021 (up to 29 April 2021), the price will be exactly the same as 2020.

Booked to stay between 16 April & 15 June 2020…

If you are due to arrive between 16 April & 15 June, at the moment we would ask that you bear with us as the situation is changing so rapidly and we are hopeful that we will be able to reopen. However, rest assured that you are now covered for the value of your holiday to be taken at another time in 2020, or up to 29 April 2021, should the following happen:

(a). A member of the party, or close family relative living in the same household, are diagnosed with COVID-19 (proof needs to be supplied).

(b). The government enforce a policy which results in you being unable to arrive for your holiday.

You are important to us, and we very much value your custom, and so we are also waiving any admin fee for this at this time.

Sadly, we can’t cover you if:

(a). You decide not to arrive for your holiday.

The following terms will apply:
We will require notice, in writing, at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
If you choose a future holiday date that is cheaper than your initial booking, no refund of the difference will be given. If you choose a future holiday date which is more expensive than your initial booking, we will find you the best available deal, and arrange with you payment of the upgrade price, providing this is settled in full before your arrival date 6 weeks prior to your check-in day. Please note, this policy is in addition to our regular Cancellation Plan, which will continue to cover for other eventualities as noted within our full Terms and Conditions. https://www.beverley-holidays.co.uk/terms
