Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome at Beverley Holidays for touring and camping and in specific caravans and lodges. Dog surcharges apply and there is a maximum of 3 dogs per accommodation. Dogs are welcome across all areas of the park except for around the poolsides, play parks, soft play, Starlight Bar or in the shower facilities. Dogs must be kept on a short lead under strict control, can only be exercised in the specified area and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Are there hair dryers?
Yes. Free hair dryers are available in the amenity blocks, as well as in our lodge accommodation.
Are there irons and ironing boards in the accommodation?
Our holiday caravans do not include these but irons and ironing boards can be found in the Laundrettes. Our lodges come with an iron and ironing board and there is a Laundrette available on Beverley View. Collection Lodges come with a Washer/Dryer.
Are your holiday caravans and lodges close together?
No, our holiday homes will be no closer than 5 metres to each other, meaning there is plenty of space between holiday homes. This should give you confidence that there is sufficient open space between you and your neighbour.
Are your parks accessible for all, and can wheelchairs be hired?
Yes. We have wheelchair friendly accommodation available to hire, and accessible wetrooms in our Touring and Camping fields. Please see our Access Statement for full information on all our facilities. Can I book more than one pitch?
We ask that all pitches are booked under the name of the person or persons staying on the pitch. If booking more than one pitch, please provide individual names and addresses. We do not accept group bookings.
Can I have a bonfire, use fireworks or Chinese lanterns?
Sorry, no bonfires, fireworks, Chinese lanterns or drones are permitted anywhere at Beverley Holidays.
Can I hire a travel cot or highchair?
Travel cots and highchairs are available for hire from Reception at an extra cost, subject to availability, and must be booked in advance. Bed linen for cots is not provided.
Can I put my awning up?
An awning can be put up on the majority of our pitches for an additional nightly charge. Please ask our Reservations Team about prices.
Can I put up a pup tent or gazebo?
Pup tents and gazebos are allowed on the majority of our pitches for an additional nightly charge. Pup tents are for storage only. Please ask our Reservations Team about prices.
Can I request a caravan or lodge?
A £20 supplement applies when requesting a specific caravan, subject to availability. Should we not be able to uphold your request due to circumstances beyond our control, a suitable alternative will be arranged and we will pay back double the supplement. The suitable alternative will be specified by the company. If a suitable alternative cannot be found, we will reimburse you the supplement and difference in accommodation price.
Can I request a pitch number?
A £20 supplement applies when requesting a specific pitch, subject to availability. Can I take photos and videos etc?
Please be aware of what you are photographing and videoing. Beverley Holidays reserves the right to refuse permission for filming or photographs of children on the park such as the pool areas, play areas or entertainment venues. Please note, drones are not permitted.
Can I use a Drone on the parks
Sorry, for safety reasons, drones are not permitted anywhere at Beverley Holidays.
Can we have a barbecue?
Barbecues are permitted, but we ask you not to place them directly onto the ground, decking or picnic benches. Please dispose of them responsibly.

How far away is the swimming pool and other facilities from the lodges?
Guests staying on Beverley View are welcome to use the facilities located on nearby Beverley Park and Beverley Bay. These are a short walk uphill from the lodges via an accessible pathway.
How far is the beach?
We have lots of picturesque coves and beaches nearby, along the South Devon coast path. Our closest beach is Goodrington Sands which is less than one mile away walking. There is also a large car park at Goodrington Sands.

I have a 25ft caravan, will I fit on your site?
The maximum unit size we can accommodate is 28ft/8.5m. However you will be required to stay on a Premium Service pitch. Please let us know the size to ensure we allocate a suitable pitch.
I'm booking a pitch for a tent/tourer, do you need to know the size of it?
Yes. As all our pitches are different shapes and sizes, if you can let us know the approximate size of your tent or tourer at the time of booking it will help us to allocate you the correct size pitch.
Is Paignton beach dog friendly?
Yes Paignton beach is dog friendly but only during certain parts of the year. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 1 May and 30 September.

Yes. All caravans and lodges come with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery etc. All caravans and lodges also a have fridge, oven, hob and microwave.
Is bed linen included?
All our caravans and lodges come with duvets, pillows, and bed linen, so you can pack a bit lighter. Beds are made up on arrival for all accommodation types except Premier and Comfort Caravans.

Yes it is usually very safe to swim at Paignton beach, especially when the wind is light. The sandy beach makes getting in and out of the water fairly easy and the gently sloping shoreline means there is no sudden shelves to catch you out when heading in for a dip.

Please remember that although you are on holiday, it is vital that you know where your child is at all times. Please always supervise children. Children remain your responsibility at all times
Road safety
All roads on the park are subject to the road traffic act which means they are public roads. The park has a speed limit of 10 MPH which must be always adhered to. There is a great mix of pedestrians, vehicles, machinery, bikes and scooters on the park. Drivers should be aware of this mix and pay particular attention near children and play areas. Do not drink and drive remember this is an offence to do so and applies to any area of the park.
Steps and Rails
Please take care when using steps as they may be narrow or steep. Always use the handrail. Accommodation steps and ramps may be slippery when wet or icy so please take care when using.

What is at Goodrington Sands?
You can choose from a variety of water sports, including pedlos for hire, paddle boats and windsurfing. And don't forget your bucket and spade to make the best sandcastles, as well as your gear for crabbing!
What is the deposit and when is the balance due?
We require a deposit of £100 per week or part week per lodge, £80 per caravan or £60 per touring and camping pitch, plus our optional Cancellation Plan. The full balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
What is the difference between Service and Premier Service pitches?
Both Service and Premier service pitches are hardstanding, with water, drainage and electric. Premier pitches are slightly larger.
What is the smoking policy on the parks and in the holiday accommodation?

What type and length of cables and connections do I need?
A mains 16-amp, 15-metre outdoor electric cable is required for Standard, Service, Premier Service and Seasonal pitches. A 10-metre water hose and waste pipe is required for Service and Premier Service pitches. These are available from all good camping shops.
When are the parks open?
We are currently open and taking bookings for all accommodation types. Our accommodation is usually open all year round. Please note some facilities, activities and entertainment are high season only and may incur and charge.

When will my hot tub be ready to use?

Where can I park my car?
Touring and camping pitches include space for one vehicle, although this may not be the case if you have a very large tent / tourer. Please use main parking area for second cars, boats and trailers, which may incur a small parking fee.

Which activities and facilities are included?
Swimming and entertainment passes are free of charge when booked direct with Beverley Holidays. There is a small fee for some other activities. Facilities on Beverley Holidays are available to all no matter which of the three parks you stay on, although exclusions apply for those holidaying with dogs.

All children under 8 years of age and all non-swimmers MUST be accompanied and supervised in the pool be a responsible person over the age of 16 at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. For children under 4 years of age there must be 1 adult to 1 child. To use our Gym, Sauna and steam room you need to be 16 years old or over.

Sorry, no bonfires, fireworks, Chinese lanterns or drones are permitted anywhere at Beverley Holidays.
Can I hire a travel cot or highchair?
Travel cots and highchairs are available for hire from Reception at an extra cost, subject to availability, and must be booked in advance. Bed linen for cots is not provided.
Can I put my awning up?
An awning can be put up on the majority of our pitches for an additional nightly charge. Please ask our Reservations Team about prices.
Can I put up a pup tent or gazebo?
Pup tents and gazebos are allowed on the majority of our pitches for an additional nightly charge. Pup tents are for storage only. Please ask our Reservations Team about prices.
Can I request a caravan or lodge?
A £20 supplement applies when requesting a specific caravan, subject to availability. Should we not be able to uphold your request due to circumstances beyond our control, a suitable alternative will be arranged and we will pay back double the supplement. The suitable alternative will be specified by the company. If a suitable alternative cannot be found, we will reimburse you the supplement and difference in accommodation price.
Can I request a pitch number?

Please be aware of what you are photographing and videoing. Beverley Holidays reserves the right to refuse permission for filming or photographs of children on the park such as the pool areas, play areas or entertainment venues. Please note, drones are not permitted.
Can I use a Drone on the parks
Sorry, for safety reasons, drones are not permitted anywhere at Beverley Holidays.
Can we have a barbecue?
Barbecues are permitted, but we ask you not to place them directly onto the ground, decking or picnic benches. Please dispose of them responsibly.

Can you get a boat from Paignton to Torquay?
Leave the car behind and travel across the Bay on one of the ferry services operating between Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. Seasonal ferries operate between April and October with journey times of approximately 30 minutes.
Can you walk from Paignton to Torquay along the beach?
There is a walk linking Torbay's biggest resorts, Torquay and Paignton along the English Riviera coastline.

Do I need to bring towels?
Depending on your choice of accommodation you may need to bring towels. Please note that hand towels and bath mats are not provided in any accommodation. Caravans Bath towels only are provided in all caravans except our Comfort and Premier caravans. Additional bath towels are available to hire from Reception. Lodges Bath towels only are provided in all lodges. Additional bath towels are available to hire from Reception.
Do any of the caravans have sea views?
Some caravans at Beverley Park do, but we are unable to guarantee sea views. All Lodges have sea views.
Do any of the pitches have sea views?
Some pitches at Beverley Park do have sea views, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, WiFi is available on site and is free in all our main eateries and bar areas. WiFi is complimentary if staying in our lodges. For all other areas, prepaid cards are available online from Leisure Parks Internet Solutions. However, the signal is not guaranteed and we recommend all guests check their signal before purchasing. Do you have electric car charging points?
Yes we do. For those traveling to us in an electric vehicle, we have six 22KW EVs including four on Beverley Park and two on Beverley Bay.

Should you require assistance from our Evening Customer Service team during your stay, please call 07754 803985 anytime during your holiday. We offer a 24 hour a day service for the safety of all our guests. CCTV is in operation on the park.
Do you have wheelchair friendly accommodation?

Do you take tents?
We accept tents on camping non-electric and standard electric pitches. When booking we will need to know the approximate size of your tent to ensure we put you on an appropriate pitch.
Do your caravans and lodges come with outdoor furniture?
All lodges and our Platinum, Platinum Hot Tub, Platinum Loft and Signature, Signature Hot Tub and Select caravans come with outside table and chairs. Barbecues are permitted, but these must not be placed directly onto the ground or decking and must be disposed of responsibly.

How far away is the swimming pool and other facilities from the lodges?
Guests staying on Beverley View are welcome to use the facilities located on nearby Beverley Park and Beverley Bay. These are a short walk uphill from the lodges via an accessible pathway.
How far is the beach?
We have lots of picturesque coves and beaches nearby, along the South Devon coast path. Our closest beach is Goodrington Sands which is less than one mile away walking. There is also a large car park at Goodrington Sands.
How many people can I have staying on my pitch?
We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch.
How old do I have to be to book a holiday, and do you accept single sex parties?
As a family park we regret that, except in some circumstances, bookings cannot be accepted from young groups and all reservations must include a person of at least 18 years.
I booked my holiday through a booking agent so who do I need to speak to?
Please call through to the booking agent you used directly, as your booking will be bound by their T&Cs, which may be different to ours.
I have a 25ft caravan, will I fit on your site?
The maximum unit size we can accommodate is 28ft/8.5m. However you will be required to stay on a Premium Service pitch. Please let us know the size to ensure we allocate a suitable pitch.
I'm booking a pitch for a tent/tourer, do you need to know the size of it?
Yes. As all our pitches are different shapes and sizes, if you can let us know the approximate size of your tent or tourer at the time of booking it will help us to allocate you the correct size pitch.
Is Paignton beach dog friendly?
Yes Paignton beach is dog friendly but only during certain parts of the year. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 1 May and 30 September.
Is Paignton beach sandy?
Yes Paignton beach is sandy. The sand is tinged with a red colour due to the iron minerals found along this coastline. It has around a mile long stretch of sand which has various attractions and cafes dotted along the promenade.
Is all the cooking equipment included and will there be a microwave?
Yes. All caravans and lodges come with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery etc. All caravans and lodges also a have fridge, oven, hob and microwave.
Is bed linen included?
All our caravans and lodges come with duvets, pillows, and bed linen, so you can pack a bit lighter. Beds are made up on arrival for all accommodation types except Premier and Comfort Caravans.
Is it safe to swim at Paignton beach?
Yes it is usually very safe to swim at Paignton beach, especially when the wind is light. The sandy beach makes getting in and out of the water fairly easy and the gently sloping shoreline means there is no sudden shelves to catch you out when heading in for a dip.
Is there a 24 hour service?

Is there a cash point on site?
Yes, we have a cash point located at the Reception on Beverley Park.
Is there an additional charge for water and electric?
No. There is no additional charge for water and electric.
Is there parking next to the lodges and caravans?
Not all lodges and caravans have parking directly outside, but there is parking throughout the parks.
Is there public transport available from your parks?
Yes. Bus services are available just outside all of our parks. Please visit Reception for timetables for these services. We can also recommend taxi companies.
Is there somewhere to plug my hair straighteners in?
Yes. Power sockets are available in the amenity blocks.
Is your accommodation dog friendly?
Dogs are welcome at Beverley Holidays for touring, camping, and in designated caravans and lodges. Please check your booking confirmation to ensure you have reserved dog-friendly accommodation. If you need to change your booking to include dog-friendly options, please contact reception or call our team at 01803 843887. A dog surcharge applies, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed per accommodation.
My friends live in the area, can they visit us?
Friends and family are more than welcome to visit you in your accommodation, however, they are sadly not allowed to use our facilities.
Nightime
Not all areas of the park are well lit, so we recommend you bring a torch for use during the hours of darkness.

Please remember that although you are on holiday, it is vital that you know where your child is at all times. Please always supervise children. Children remain your responsibility at all times
Road safety
All roads on the park are subject to the road traffic act which means they are public roads. The park has a speed limit of 10 MPH which must be always adhered to. There is a great mix of pedestrians, vehicles, machinery, bikes and scooters on the park. Drivers should be aware of this mix and pay particular attention near children and play areas. Do not drink and drive remember this is an offence to do so and applies to any area of the park.
Steps and Rails
Please take care when using steps as they may be narrow or steep. Always use the handrail. Accommodation steps and ramps may be slippery when wet or icy so please take care when using.
What are departure times?
All accommodation and pitches must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

What day do holidays start, and how many nights can I stay?
Our arrival days are Friday, Saturday and Monday. You can stay for a short break (Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday) or for a full week commencing on the stated arrival days. The maximum stay is 3 weeks.
What do I do if there is a fire?
In the event of a fire Raise the alarm by shouting “FIRE”. Vacate your accommodation or facility and alert your neighbours. What do I do if there is a gas leak?
All company gas appliances have been safety tested. Please report an gas leak or strong smell of gas to reception or to evening customer service on 07754 803985 If you suspect a leak, then do not smoke or use naked flames. Do not operate electric switches and inform reception or evening customer service immediately.
What do I need to know for Caravan and Lodge saftey?

What happens if we arrive very late?
Our central check in for all 3 of our parks for all accommodation is at Beverley Park. If you arrive outside of check in hours, please make your way to Beverley Park reception and then call 07754803985 for our Evening Customer Service Team. Please arrive before 10pm.
What is at Goodrington Sands?
You can choose from a variety of water sports, including pedlos for hire, paddle boats and windsurfing. And don't forget your bucket and spade to make the best sandcastles, as well as your gear for crabbing!
What is the deposit and when is the balance due?
We require a deposit of £100 per week or part week per lodge, £80 per caravan or £60 per touring and camping pitch, plus our optional Cancellation Plan. The full balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
What is the difference between Service and Premier Service pitches?
Both Service and Premier service pitches are hardstanding, with water, drainage and electric. Premier pitches are slightly larger.
What is the smoking policy on the parks and in the holiday accommodation?
We operate a no smoking policy throughout all our accommodation and facility buildings as well as around our outdoor swimming pools. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. Please use the designated areas and cigarette bins provided.

What type and length of cables and connections do I need?
A mains 16-amp, 15-metre outdoor electric cable is required for Standard, Service, Premier Service and Seasonal pitches. A 10-metre water hose and waste pipe is required for Service and Premier Service pitches. These are available from all good camping shops.
When are the parks open?
We are currently open and taking bookings for all accommodation types. Our accommodation is usually open all year round. Please note some facilities, activities and entertainment are high season only and may incur and charge.

When will my hot tub be ready to use?
If you’ve booked one of our hot tub holidays then your hot tub will be heated up and at full temperature by the morning after your arrival date. Perfect to start the day relaxing in your bubbling Hot Tub.
Where can I park my car?
Touring and camping pitches include space for one vehicle, although this may not be the case if you have a very large tent / tourer. Please use main parking area for second cars, boats and trailers, which may incur a small parking fee.

Which activities and facilities are included?
Swimming and entertainment passes are free of charge when booked direct with Beverley Holidays. There is a small fee for some other activities. Facilities on Beverley Holidays are available to all no matter which of the three parks you stay on, although exclusions apply for those holidaying with dogs.
Which is better Paignton or Torquay?
As with many neighbouring towns there can be a bit of friendly local rivalry. This is no different on the English Riviera with people wanting to know which town is better Paignton or Torquay? Locals and visitors alike want to have the bragging rights for all manner of things.
Who can use the swimming pool and facilities at the Oasis Centre?
All children under 8 years of age and all non-swimmers MUST be accompanied and supervised in the pool be a responsible person over the age of 16 at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. For children under 4 years of age there must be 1 adult to 1 child. To use our Gym, Sauna and steam room you need to be 16 years old or over.
Why is Torbay known as The English Riviera?
Torbay encompasses the coastal towns of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. Torbay is also known as The English Riviera due to the fact that in Victorian times visitors used to compare the area to the French Riviera.
Will I be next to my friends or relatives?
If requested, we will do our best to ensure you are next to or as near as possible to your friends and relatives.
Will there be heating?
Yes. Some caravans have electric panel heating, as well as an electric fire in the living room, and some are also central heated. All lodges have heating throughout. Please ask our Reservations Team for further details.
