I booked my holiday through a booking agent so who do I need to speak to?
If you made your booking through a third-party agent (such as Hoseasons or another provider), please call through to the booking agent you used directly, as your booking will be bound by their T&Cs, which may be different to ours.
Why contact the agent?
- They will have full access to your booking details
- Any amendments, cancellations, or special requests must go through them
- We may not be able to make changes to your booking directly
