Evening Customer Service
Part Time, Permanent (12 hours per week January-March, and 21 hours per week April-December, inclusive of weekends and bank holidays. Some flexibility will be required.)
Beverley Holidays is a multi-award winning family park situated on the English Riviera in South Devon.
With over 65 years experience, the group comprises of three holidays parks (Beverley Park, Beverley Bay and Beverley View) offering a range of holiday accommodation coupled with holiday homes available for sale.
We are looking for a part-time, positive, passionate and driven Evening Customer Service Team Member.

We’re seeking a friendly and dynamic Evening Customer Service Team Member to join our award-winning Beverley Holidays team on a permanent basis, to include evenings and weekends. This exciting and sociable role places you at the heart of our holiday destination service, making you a key contact for those looking to escape to the English Riviera’s sunny shores, with the ideal candidate providing service with a smile!
This is a permanent position for evening work, working 12 hours per week January-March, and 21 hours per week April-December, inclusive of weekends and bank holidays. Some flexibility will be required.
An overview of the key responsibilities are detailed below:
- To welcome and communicate to all customers in a polite and professional manner at all times and deal with customers’ requests at all times and respond in an appropriate manner.
- To use company vehicles to carry out checks through the parks during the evening, adhering to Company Policy.
- To have knowledge of all the parks accommodation and facilities and answer any customer queries.
- Keep up to date with any events/promotions being offered around the parks.
- To carry out general lighting and maintenance checks as well as cleanliness in the buildings.
- Carry our any urgent maintenance and housekeeping issues where required.
- Respond to customer complaints, listening to their concerns and taking action to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the customer. All information must be fed back to the Duty Manager and to reception in preparation for the morning.
- Any incidents or occurrences should be recorded following the company recommendation and procedure.
- To assist with bar and entertainment teams within the bar facilities at the end of the evening where required. To assist behind the bar and to collect glasses when required and instructed by the Duty Manager.
- To check the cleanliness in toilets during the evening and respond as required.
- Ensure excellent communication with other departments, using the telephone and the radio/emails when required.
- To ensure that all checklists are completed and signed off correctly as instructed.
- Ensure that all maintenance jobs reported by customers are added to the online maintenance task book with a clear description.
- To deliver and connect gas if required
- To have a general understanding of maintenance if required.
- Ensure that your work area remains clean and uncluttered at all times.
- Any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the department and company.
