About the Food & Beverage Supervisor Role

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. You will ensure smooth operations, high standards, and a welcoming atmosphere in our food and drink outlets.

Job Type: Seasonal (fixed term)
Hours of Work: Various (includes evenings, weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the F&B team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Oversee bar and table service, ensuring swift and efficient service that surpasses customer expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment at all times for all guests.
• Train and develop the team to meet high service standards.
• Upsell food and beverage options to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and food hygiene regulations.
• Minimise waste and monitor stock control.
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Follow company cash handling and key security procedures.
• Keep bars, restaurants, and facilities clean and well-maintained.
• Act as an ambassador for Beverley Holidays, promoting our facilities and services.
• To ensure that all checklists are completed and signed off correctly as instructed
• To adhere to all company policies including our Health and Safety procedures, COSHH procedure, and all other procedures in the Company Handbook
• Any other duties as required by your team leader and management team to ensure the smooth running of the department and company

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role within a food and beverage setting.
• Strong and proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods.
