About the Food & Beverage Role

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, providing outstanding service across our food and drink venues. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.  Please note, applicants must be 18+ yrs to serve alcohol.

Job Type: Seasonal (fixed term)
Hours of Work: Various (includes evenings, weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bar and table service, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Work as part of a team to maintain our high service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of bars, restaurants, and front-of-house areas.
• Adhere to licensing laws, food hygiene regulations, and company policies.
• Accurately handle cash and follow key security procedures.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally, following company policy.

Education, Experience and Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality (preferred)
•  Strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• A professional and well-presented appearance
