About the Role

Working as part of a team, you will provide our customers with the highest level of grounds maintenance. You will assist colleagues in creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

· Carry out garden maintenance and ensure gardens are kept to an excellent standard at all times.
· Perform caravan siting and ground work.
· Execute lawn maintenance and cultivation.
· Safely operate ride-on and hand mowers, strimmers, and hedge trimmers.
· Ensure the park is kept clean and tidy at all times, monitoring and removing litter.
· Maintain all refuse areas, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
· Log any faults or issues to your supervisor.
· Drive, maintain, and clean company vehicles and machinery.
· Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting it at all times.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as detailed in the company handbook.
· Perform any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the department and company.

Education, Training, and Experience

· Experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
· Experience of using power tools for landscaping tasks, including hedge cutting
· Knowledge of hand tools for various gardening activities

Hours of Work

37.5 hours per week, with shifts to suit business needs. This includes some evenings (up to 7pm in the summer), weekends (on a rota), school holidays, and bank holidays.
