About The Hot Tub Assistant Role:

As a Hot Tub Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our hot tubs are maintained to an excellent standard. Working as part of the Maintenance team with a focus on the upkeep, cleaning and testing of our hot tubs, to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service within our accommodation, facilities and grounds departments.

Job Type: Seasonal (fixed term)
Hours of Work: Various (includes weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Fill, empty, clean, and test hot tubs to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
• Perform jet washing as required.
• Respond to guest requests and provide assistance in a professional manner.
• Follow pre-season preparation and end-of-season close-down procedures.
• Report any faults or maintenance issues to the Estates Supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the department and company

Education, Training, and Experience

• Experience using cleaning or maintenance machinery (desirable)
•  Basic computer knowledge (preferred)

Disposition and Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
•  Ability to prioritise work effectively
•  Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Professional and well-presented at all times
• A full, clean driving licence (desirable)
