Housekeeping Team Members
About The Roles:
We are seeking motivated individuals with high attention to detail. Working as part of the Housekeeping team to provide our customers with the highest level of cleanliness and standards within our accommodation and facilities. Assisting colleagues to create a welcoming environment for our customers. Always acting as an ambassador for the company.
24 hours per week, working days: Monday, Friday and Saturday (overtime available if requested).
Fixed term until 31 October 2024.Â
An overview of the key responsibilities are detailed below:
- Clean holiday accommodation and facilities to an excellent standard and make up beds in all accommodation.
- There are a variety of cleaning duties within the department and you would need to be flexible and adapt to meet the needs of the department and business.
- Follow our cleaning procedures and schedules as advised by your supervisor.
- Complete all periodical tasks such as turning mattresses, dusting lampshades and cleaning curtains in accommodation and facilities.
- You may be required to clean window exteriors and accommodation decks as required.
- Ensure that all finishing touches in accommodation and facilities and are agreeable with company policy.
- Ensure than all extras are added in accommodation where necessary including coffee pods, bath mats etc.
- To ensure that all checklists are completed and signed off correctly as instructed.
- Ensure that the cleaning stores are kept clean and uncluttered at all times.
- Report any maintenance jobs to your supervisor. The jobs will then be submitted to our online maintenance task book
- Remove all rubbish and linen from the accommodation and follow our clean linen procedure.
- To follow all procedures in the department as assigned by your supervisor or line manager.
- Carry out inventory checks and replace missing/broken items when required.
- Welcome and communicate to all customers in a polite and professional manner at all times.
- Deal with customers’ requests at all times and respond in an appropriate manner.
- Have knowledge of all the parks accommodation and facilities and answer any customer queries.
- Adhere to all company policies/procedures at all times. Further details of these can be found in our company handbook.
- Adhere to company key handling procedures at all times.
- Any other duties as required by your team leader and management team to ensure the smooth running of the department and company.
