Leisure Complex Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced Leisure Manager to join our team at Beverley Holidays!

Overseeing the smooth running of our fantastic leisure facility and pools, ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable and safe swimming experience. You will be responsible for managing a team of lifeguards, ensuring their training and development needs are met, and that they operate in line with health and safety standards.

Your duties will include scheduling staff, managing budgets, and working closely with other departments to ensure that our leisure facility is integrated with our wider resort offering. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our pool is maintained to the highest standards, so that our guests can enjoy crystal-clear water and sparkling facilities.

To be considered for this position, you should have prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a leisure or hospitality setting. You should be an excellent communicator, with a passion for customer service and a commitment to providing the highest levels of guest satisfaction. You should be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
