Reservations Manager

We are seeking a positive and engaging motivator to work closely with the Head of Sales to effectively manage the Reservations Team, ensuring all set targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader, who can promote a challenging environment for the Reservations Team, contributing with their own sales where required and leading a customer focused environment. Able to work under pressure, the Reservations Manager will enjoy a variety of different tasks and be able to use their own initiative to help with ideas and incentives when required.

A brief overview of the key responsibilities are detailed below:

• To effectively manage the Reservations Team ensuring all revenue, bookings and occupancy targets are achieved.
• To assist in leading a proactive sales and customer focused environment, ensuring its delivery.
• To actively manage all staff in-line with the lead management processes within the department.
• Ensure all revenue opportunities are maximized.
• To ensure all Reservations staff update and accurately use all inhouse databases and solutions.
• To produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports on inbound and outbound call volumes, bookings, revenue, occupancy and conversions.
• To proactively work with and build a good relationship with all third party Agents.
• To ensure excellent Customer Service is delivered to all customers.
