Hop aboard for one of the finest heritage steam railway journeys in Europe, combined with a glorious boat trip from Kingswear to the historic town of Dartmouth.

A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway is one you’ll always remember, taking you along a picturesque track from Paignton past the pretty parade of beach huts on Goodrington Sands and Broadsands Beach.

Next stop is the simply stunning Dart Estuary towards Greenway (the estate of the late Dame Agatha Christie) and on to Kingswear, which looks like it could have been plucked from a postcard with its beautiful hillside homes.

Finally, jump aboard a small passenger ferry, spotting seals along the way, to the historic naval town of Dartmouth; home to the Britannia Royal Naval College and Dartmouth Castle.
