We can’t wait to welcome you for a well-deserved break. This page is your go-to guide for all the pre-arrival information you’ll need to make your coastal escape truly memorable. Don’t worry, we’ll also send you emails with any actions you’ll need to take and tips to make the most of your stay.

Arrival Times
Please note your arrival time and kindly do not arrive before this time:
From 12pm: Touring and Camping.
From 3pm: All Lodges, plus Select, Platinum, Platinum Hot Tub, Signature and Signature Hot Tub Caravans
From 4pm: Comfort and Premier Caravans
From 5pm: All 3rd party bookings, including Hoseasons.

Departure Information
On the day of departure, we ask that all our guests leave their holiday homes by 10am and drop their keys back into reception or in the postbox if reception is closed. Please leave your accommodation clean and tidy.
Touring and Camping Pitches must be vacated by 10am.
You are welcome to use the park facilities on your departure day for any bookings such as activities, swimming, and restaurants.
Planning for Your Stay
With your holiday booked it’s time to start planning! Our caravans and lodges come with everything you need for a great holiday, but we recommend you also bring:
- Kitchen Essentials: Tea towels, washing up liquid, sponge, and hand soap.
- Bathroom Necessities: Toilet roll, hand soap, bath mat, and hand towel.
We also have a range of items available to hire if you can’t squeeze everything into your car, including travel cots, high-chairs, and bath towels. Please order these in advance by calling us on 01803 843887.
Bed Linen and Towels
All our caravans and lodges come with duvets, pillows, and bed linen, so you can pack a bit lighter. Beds are made up on arrival for all accommodation types except Premier and Comfort Caravans.
Bath towels only are provided in all caravans and lodges except our Comfort and Premier caravans. Additional bath towels are available to hire.

Our daytime activities guarantee a great time with adrenaline-pumping thrills and sporting skills for all ages and abilities. You can book activities up to 5 weeks before your stay and all activities can be found here.
Activities typically run from April to October. Additionally, some activities are available in the February Half Term.

Facility Opening Times
Dining and Reservations
Treat yourself by booking a table in the Jetty Lounge, Terrace and Bar for everything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner to cocktails and delicious desserts… Go on, you deserve it! You can make a reservation up to a month before your break, or while you are on holiday using the app.
Food is now available Friday and Saturdays from 5pm to 8:30 pm in the Saltwater Kitchen & Terrace during the summer without a reservation. You can view the current opening times here.
Never miss a moment of the sporting action thanks to our live sport screenings at the Saltwater Pub or get your game on with our Pool Table, Football Table, Shuffle Board, Darts and lots more family-fun pub games.
In both venues, furry friends can chow down on a Dog Menu of delicious treats including treat pots and doggy roast dinners, plus cocktails including our ‘Paw Star Martini’.
Swimming Pools
A great indoor retreat come rain or shine, our lifeguard-attended indoor swimming pool on Beverley Park comes complete with a paddling pool for your children to splash around in. Plus, there is a sauna, steam room, and hot tub for those seeking a sanctuary to simply relax.
Our outdoor heated Lagoon Pool on Beverley Park is the largest of our outdoor swimming pools and comes complete with two paddling pools, one featuring a funky children’s water fountain.
Plus, don’t forget the outdoor heated Cove Pool on Beverley Bay!
All swimming pools are lifeguard-attended during opening hours.
We do not take bookings for swimming but will operate a wristband system during busy periods. You can check the current swimming pool opening time here.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at Beverley Holidays for touring, camping and in selected caravans and lodges, with a maximum of 3 dogs per accommodation. If you are bringing your dog please ensure you have booked dog friendly accommodation. Call our reservations team on 01803 843103 if you need to confirm.
We welcome dogs in certain areas of our holiday parks. On Beverley Bay, you can bring your dog to the Saltwater Pub, and also enjoy the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Pawadise Park is our dedicated dog exercise area. On Beverley Park, dogs are welcome in reception, The Catch Takeaway and the front section of the Jetty Lounge, Bar and Terrace.
Dogs are not permitted around the poolside, play areas or other park buildings.
Dogs must be kept on a short lead under strict control, can only be exercised in Pawadise Park and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Dogs are not to be left unattended any time and noise must be kept to a minimum. We reserve the right to ask the owner of a dog which causes a nuisance or threat to remove it immediately. We cannot accept any breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act and the breed must be agreed before being allowed onto our holiday parks. Support and assistance dogs must wear recognisable jackets all times and relevant paperwork presented on arrival.
Onsite Shop
Our park has a seasonal, handy on-site shop with a wide range of products on offer. If you forget any essentials, you can always pop into the shop to stock up. In addition, we have a range of camping and touring accessories such as Calor Gas bottles.
The shop is open during the February half term, and again from the Easter weekend until the end of October. During the low season when the shop is closed, there is a small convenience shop suited on Goodrington Road, just a five minute’s walk from the Park. Most major supermarkets are a short drive away.
Wifi
You’ll find free WiFi in our all eateries and bars. If you’re staying in one of our lodges we’ve included WiFi in your stay, with WiFi available to purchase for all other accommodation types.
Barbecues
- Charcoal barbecues in a fireproof container are acceptable but must be used adjacent to your holiday home and not directly on the ground or decking.
- Please enquire at reception if you require bricks to lift your Barbeque off the ground.
- For your safety and that of others around you, no fires are to be lit in the park.
Water Safety
At Beverley Holidays, we’re proud of our coastal locations and promote water safety to our guests. Please familiarise yourself with how to stay safe on the beach and in the water.
