1. Paignton Regatta – Now – 12 August
It’s that time again of year again when Paignton plays host its very own Regatta. Head down to the seaside town for lots of live entertainment and over 80 hours of FREE family fun, plus food stalls and a bar. 2. Torre Abbey Outdoor Cinema – 16 – 27 August
After the huge success of last year’s festival, Torre Abbey have once again teamed up with the Barn Cinema and Dartington Arts to bring you some amazing al fresco screenings of some of the best films ever made, all of which you can watch underneath the stars. All these films will be hosted in the beautiful grounds of Torre Abbey and you can check out the full film lineup on the Dartington website here.
3. The Netherlands National Circus – 15 August -2 September
The circus is in town! The Netherlands National Circus is back with a brand new show offering something for everyone. Sit back and enjoy some top class entertainment inside the theatre-style big top over the course of 2 hours.

4. Entertainment At Beverley Holidays – Throughout August
You don’t have to go anywhere if you don’t want to, with plenty of action to be had right here on Beverley Holidays. Hot foot it to our Starlight Bar and Saltwater Pub for nightly bingo, quizzes, live performances and party games.
Plus, Lorraine Crosby will be wowing the crowds on Saturday 11 July with her sensational voice which featured in Meatloaf’s legendary ‘I’d Do Anything For Love, But I Won’t Do That’ hit single, and not forgetting jam-packed daytime activities for all the family.
5. Torbay Royal Regatta – 25 – 29 August.
The Torbay Royal Regatta is an event held to celebrate sporting in Torbay and consists of sailing, rowing and a 10k run.
