About the Role

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our accommodation, facilities, and grounds, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Working as part of a team, you will create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accommodation, building, and facilities maintenance to a high standard.
• Conduct basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Ensure holiday accommodation is well-maintained.
• Log faults and issues for your supervisor.
• Use the company’s computerised maintenance job book (training provided).
• Drive, maintain, and clean company vehicles and machinery.
• Perform any other duties as required to ensure smooth department and company operations.

Education, Training, and Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous maintenance experience.
• Experience of using tools and machinery.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
• A clean, full UK driving licence is essential.

Hours of Work

• Various hours with shifts to suit business needs. This includes some evenings (up to 6pm in the summer), weekends (on a rota), school holidays, and bank holidays.
