About the Role
As a Maintenance Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our accommodation, facilities, and grounds, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Working as part of a team, you will create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accommodation, building, and facilities maintenance to a high standard.
- Conduct basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
- Ensure holiday accommodation is well-maintained.
- Log faults and issues for your supervisor.
- Use the company’s computerised maintenance job book (training provided).
- Drive, maintain, and clean company vehicles and machinery.
- Perform any other duties as required to ensure smooth department and company operations.
Education, Training, and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous maintenance experience.
- Experience of using tools and machinery.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
- A clean, full UK driving licence is essential.
Hours of Work
- Various hours with shifts to suit business needs. This includes some evenings (up to 6pm in the summer), weekends (on a rota), school holidays, and bank holidays.
