Beverley Holidays and our hardworking team have been nominated for two top awards at the Torbay Weekly Naturally Inspiring Business Awards 2024.

Not only are we hoping to win Tourism Business of the Year for the third year running, but we’ve also been nominated for Inspiring Employer of the Year too.

Our Paignton-based holiday park group has overcame tough competition from a high calibre of companies to make it through to the finals of the prestigious awards.

We now face an anxious wait until the glittering award ceremony at the Riviera International Centre in Torquay on Thursday 13 June 2024 when the category winners will be announced.

Torbay Weekly editor Jim Parker said: “These awards aim to celebrate and recognise all the success and talent that is out there in our business community. And the 2024 entries prove there is plenty of that and more besides.

“We all know it is still tough running a business with the aftermath of Covid and so many other challenges to have to deal with. But once again Torbay’s businesses have risen to those challenges with grit, determination and a never-say-die attitude.”

The award nominations follow hot the heels of an exciting series of investments for Beverley Holidays throughout 2024 aimed at taking the holiday experience to a new level.

This includes the launch of its largest lodge offering to date, with £250k invested in a brand-new top-of-the-range Collection Hot Tub lodge collection comprising sumptuous 3-bedroom sea-view lodges.

Designed to a high-end Scandinavian style, the lodges come with a king-size bed, full-size bath with rainfall shower and very own bubbling hot tub enjoying uninterrupted views across Torbay.

A further £415k has been invested in 7 brand-new 2-bedroom Signature Hot Tub caravans for 2024 – another accommodation offering tailored specifically to guests seeking seaside stays with style.

Other stand-out investments for 2024 include a £60K new surround for our Lagoon outdoor pool, brand-new £45k Cove Play Park on Beverley Bay and £20k Waterside Café refurbishment, to name a few.

Furthermore, 2024 also sees a major focus on employee well-being with the roll-out of a brand-new benefits package, enhancing Beverley Holidays employer appeal even further.
