Can I request a caravan or lodge?

Yes, you can request a specific caravan or lodge for a small additional fee. We understand the customers have their favourite spots and preferred accommodation, and we do our best to accommodate personal preferences subject to availability.

Requesting your caravan or lodge

• A £20 supplement applies when requesting a specific caravan or lodge.
• All requests are subject to availability.
• Requests must be made in advance, ideally at the time of booking.

What happens if your request cant be made?

In rare cases, should we not be unable to meet your request due to circumstances beyond our control. In that event:

• A suitable alternative will be arranged and we will pay back double the supplement.
• The suitable alternative will be specified by the company.
• If a suitable alternative cannot be found, we will reimburse you the supplement and difference in accommodation price.
