Yes, WiFi is available on site and is free in all our main eateries and bar areas. WiFi is complimentary if staying in our lodges. Yes, some of our caravans at Beverley Park do offer sea views, but these can not be guaranteed. Sea views are subject to the location of your accommodation. Yes, a 25ft caravan will fit on site at Beverley Holidays. The maximum unit size we can accommodate is 28ft/8.5m. However you will be required to stay on a Premium Service pitch. When booking please let us know the size of your caravan/motorhome to ensure we allocate a suitable pitch.

Road safety
All roads on the park are subject to the road traffic act which means they are public roads. The park has a speed limit of 10 MPH which must be always adhered to. There is a great mix of pedestrians, vehicles, machinery, bikes and scooters on the park. Drivers should be aware of this mix and pay particular attention near children and play areas. Do not drink and drive remember this is an offence to do so and applies to any area of the park.
Steps and Rails
Please take care when using steps as they may be narrow or steep. Always use the handrail. Accommodation steps and ramps may be slippery when wet or icy so please take care when using.

What is at Goodrington Sands?
Goodrington Sands is one of the most popular beaches in the area, perfect for families, offering a wide range of activities both on and off the water.
What is the deposit and when is the balance due?
We require a deposit of £100 per week or part week per lodge, £80 per caravan or £60 per touring and camping pitch, plus our optional Cancellation Plan. The full balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
What is the difference between Service and Premier Service pitches?
Both Service and Premier service pitches are hardstanding, with water, drainage and electric. The main difference is that the premier pitches are slightly larger.

What type and length of cables and connections do I need?
To connect safely to our pitch facilities you will need a mains 16-amp, 15-metre outdoor electric cable is required for Standard, Service, Premier Service. A 10-metre water hose and waste pipe is required for Service and Premier Service pitches. These are available from most good camping shops.
When are the parks open?
Our holiday park is currently open and taking bookings across all accommodation types, including lodges, caravans, and touring pitches. Our accommodation is usually available to book year-round, making Beverley Holidays the perfect choice for both summer escapes and off-season breaks. Please note that some on-site facilities, activities, and entertainment operate seasonally, typically during peak periods and school holidays. These may also incur an additional charge. When will my hot tub be ready to use?
If you’ve booked one of our hot tub holidays then your hot tub will be heated up and at full temperature by the morning after your arrival date. Perfect to start the day relaxing in your bubbling Hot Tub. Hot tubs require a full clean, refill, and chemical treatment between guests. This is a careful process ensures water is safe and clean, but it can take several hours to reach its full temperature. Who can use the swimming pool and facilities at the Oasis Centre?
All children under 8 years of age and all non-swimmers MUST be accompanied and supervised in the pool be a responsible person over the age of 16 at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. For children under 4 years of age there must be 1 adult to 1 child. To use our Gym, Sauna and steam room you need to be 16 years old or over.
Will I be next to my friends or relatives?
We will do our best to ensure you are next to or as near as possible to your friends and relatives. If you request at the time of booking. We understand that holidaying with friends or relatives is more enjoyable when they are nearby, and we’ll always try to accommodate group requests wherever availability allows. Make sure you request at the time of booking or as early as possible. Provide the names and booking references of your friends or relatives
Will there be heating?
Yes, all of our caravans and lodges have heating. Some caravans have electric panel heating, as well as an electric fire in the living room, and some are also central heated. All lodges have heating throughout. When choosing your accommodation online, click on ‘Find out more’ and then see ‘what is included’ for details of the heating system in your selected holiday home. Are pitches hardstanding?
Yes we have hardstanding electric pitches available at Beverley Holidays, these are ideal for tourers or motorhomes as they have a firm and level surface.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, WiFi is available on site and is free in all our main eateries and bar areas. WiFi is complimentary if staying in our lodges. For all other areas, prepaid cards are available online from Leisure Parks Internet Solutions. However, the signal is not guaranteed and we recommend all guests check their signal before purchasing. Our WiFi is provided by an external supplier so should you have any issues during your stay then you can contact them.

Yes, our park is conveniently located near public transport links. Local bus services stop just outside the parks, making it easy to explore nearby towns and attractions such as Paignton, Torquay, and Brixham. Do I need to bring towels?
Depending on your choice of accommodation you may need to bring towels. Please note that hand towels and bath mats are not provided in any accommodation.

When you book directly with Beverley Holidays you ca enjoy access to a great range of facilities and activities free of charge, including: Unlimited use of the swimming pools we have on park - Tropical Indoor pool, Lagoon Outdoor Pool and the Cove Pool. Are there irons and ironing boards in the accommodation?
Our holiday caravans do not include irons or ironing boards, but irons and ironing boards can be found in the Laundrettes free of charge for those wishing to spruce up their wardrobe while staying at our parks. Our lodges come with an iron and ironing board and there is a Laundrette available on Beverley View.
Are your parks accessible for all, and can wheelchairs be hired?

Dogs are welcome at Beverley Holidays for touring and camping and in specific caravans and lodges. Dog surcharges apply and there is a maximum of 3 dogs per accommodation. Dogs are welcome across all areas of the park except for around the poolside areas, play parks, soft play, Starlight Bar or in the shower facilities. We ask that all pitches are booked under the name of the person or persons staying on the pitch. If booking more than one pitch, please provide individual names and addresses. We do not accept group bookings.

Can I take photos and videos etc?
Yes you’re welcome to take personal photos and videos to capture your holiday memories. However please be aware of what you are photographing and videoing and be mindful of others’ privacy. Beverley Holidays reserves the right to refuse permission for filming or photographs of children on the park such as the pool areas, play areas or entertainment venues. Do any of the caravans have sea views?
Yes, some of our caravans at Beverley Park do offer sea views, but these can not be guaranteed. Sea views are subject to the location of your accommodation. All of our Lodges at Beverley Holidays have sea views, making it them the perfect choice for guests. If a view is important to you, we recommend mentioning this when booking and we will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee a sea view even if requested.
Do any of the pitches have sea views?
Yes, some of the camping and touring pitches at Beverley Park do have sea views, but this cannot be guaranteed even if requested. While we can’t guarantee a sea view, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.
Do you have electric car charging points?
Yes we do. For those traveling to us in an electric vehicle, we have six 22KW EVs including four on Beverley Park and two on Beverley Bay.
Do you have recycling bins?
Yes – we’re doing our bit to help the planet, and you can too! You’ll find clearly marked recycling bins around the park for Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR), food waste, and glass. These are now separated in line with the new, simpler recycling laws, so please take a moment to pop your rubbish in the right bin. Every little helps!

Do you need to book to use the pool?
No you don’t need to book to use the pool, but during busy times we will be operating a wrist band system for a 1 hour swim session for all guests to ensure that we maintain safe swimmer numbers for everyone’s enjoyment.
Do you take tents?
Yes, we accept tents on camping non-electric and standard electric pitches. When booking we will need to know the approximate size of your tent to ensure we put you on an appropriate pitch.
Do your caravans and lodges come with outdoor furniture?
Yes, many of our accommodations include outdoor furniture, but not all of them. All lodges and caravans come with outside table and chairs with the exception of Loft, Premier and Comfort Caravans. An accommodation comparison table can be found here. Barbecues are permitted, but these must not be placed directly onto the ground or decking and must be disposed of responsibly.

How do I report lost property?
Contact us on 01803 843887 to report any lost property or take it into reception. Charges apply for returning lost property. Please notify us as soon as possible. Lost property is kept for a short period, after which it is given to charity.
How far away is the swimming pool and other facilities from the lodges?
The lodges on Beverley View are just a short walk away from the facilities located nearby Beverly Park and Beverley Bay. Guests staying in lodges are welcome to use all the facilities we have on park. All of the facilities are walking distance from the Lodges located on Beverley View. The facilities on Beverley Park include swimming pools, the Starlight Bar with day time activities and evening entertainment, the Jetty, the Catch Takeaway and more. How far is the beach?
We have lots of picturesque coves and beaches nearby, along the South Devon coast path. Our closest beach is Goodrington Sands which is less than one mile away walking. There is also a large car park at Goodrington Sands.
How many people can I have staying on my pitch?
At Beverley Holidays we allow a maximum of 8 people per pitch. This includes both adults and children.
How old do I have to be to book a holiday, and do you accept single sex parties?
As a family park we regret that, except in some circumstances, bookings cannot be accepted from young groups and all reservations must include a person of at least 18 years.
I booked my holiday through a booking agent so who do I need to speak to?
If you made your booking through a third-party agent (such as Hoseasons or another provider), please call through to the booking agent you used directly, as your booking will be bound by their T&Cs, which may be different to ours. I have a 25ft caravan, will I fit on your site?
Yes, a 25ft caravan will fit on site at Beverley Holidays. The maximum unit size we can accommodate is 28ft/8.5m. However you will be required to stay on a Premium Service pitch. When booking please let us know the size of your caravan/motorhome to ensure we allocate a suitable pitch.
I'm booking a pitch for a tent/tourer, do you need to know the size of it?
Yes, we ask if you can let us know the approximate size of your tent or tourer at the time of booking it will help us to allocate you the correct size pitch, as all our pitches are different shapes and sizes. If you are unsure of the exact size, an estimate is fine and our Reservations Team will be happy to help if you have any further questions
Is Paignton beach dog friendly?
Yes Paignton beach is dog friendly but only during certain parts of the year. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 1 May and 30 September.
Is Paignton beach sandy?
Yes Paignton beach is sandy, known for its distinctive reddish- coloured sand. It has around a mile long stretch of sand which has various attractions and cafes dotted along the promenade.
Is all the cooking equipment included and will there be a microwave?
Yes. All caravans and lodges come with everything you need to cook during your stay. Your accommodation will include the essentials for a self catering holiday. You will find all of the following items as standard in all caravans and lodges: Pots, pans, utensils, cutlery etc. A fridge, oven, hob and microwave will also be in all the accommodation types. Is it safe to swim at Paignton beach?
Yes it is usually very safe to swim at Paignton beach, especially when the wind is light. The sandy beach makes getting in and out of the water fairly easy and the gently sloping shoreline means there is no sudden shelves to catch you out when heading in for a dip.
Is the park well lit at night?
The main areas of the park are well lit, but not all areas are well lit, so we recommend you bring a torch or flashlight for use during the hours of darkness to help you safely navigate pathways and outdoor areas for your safety and convenience. This is especially useful if: You’re camping or touring Returning to your accommodation after entertainment or dinner Your visiting in winter months when it gets darker earlier.

Is there a cash point on site?
Yes, we have a cash point located at the Reception on Beverley Park. It is available for all guests staying at our parks and is very convenient if you need to withdraw any cash during your stay.

No. There is no additional charge for water and electric. If you have booked a pitch which includes electric hook-up and water supply, then these services are fully included in the cost of your stay.
Is there parking next to the lodges and caravans?
Parking is available throughout the parks, but not all lodges and caravans have parking directly outside the accommodation. We aim to make the parking as convenient as possible for all guests and most unit types are just a short walk away from nearby parking. Accessible parking can be arranged for guests with mobility needs. If there is no parking space allocated to the caravan, on production of a blue badge, a disabled parking sign can be pre-arranged to reserve a space as close as possible to your caravan. Dogs are very welcome at Beverley Holidays, we offer a range of dog-friendly accommodation options including selected caravans, lodges and touring or camping pitches.
My friends live in the area, can they visit us?
Yes, friends and family are more than welcome to visit you in your accommodation. However, they are sadly not allowed to use our facilities, including the swimming pools, entertainment and leisure areas.

Please remember that although you are on holiday, it is vital that you know where your child is at all times. Please always supervise children. Children remain your responsibility at all times
Road safety
All roads on the park are subject to the road traffic act which means they are public roads. The park has a speed limit of 10 MPH which must be always adhered to. There is a great mix of pedestrians, vehicles, machinery, bikes and scooters on the park. Drivers should be aware of this mix and pay particular attention near children and play areas. Do not drink and drive remember this is an offence to do so and applies to any area of the park.
Steps and Rails
Please take care when using steps as they may be narrow or steep. Always use the handrail. Accommodation steps and ramps may be slippery when wet or icy so please take care when using.

Our arrival days are Friday, Saturday and Monday. You can stay for a short break (Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday) or for a full week commencing on the stated arrival days. The maximum stay is 3 weeks.
What do I do if there is a fire?
In the event of a fire Raise the alarm by shouting “FIRE”. Vacate your accommodation or facility and alert your neighbours. All company gas appliances have been safety tested. What happens if we arrive very late?
Our central check in for all 3 of our parks for all accommodation is at Beverley Park. If you arrive outside of check in hours, please make your way to Beverley Park reception and then call 07754803985 for our Evening Customer Service Team. Please arrive before 10pm.
What is at Goodrington Sands?
Goodrington Sands is one of the most popular beaches in the area, perfect for families, offering a wide range of activities both on and off the water.
What is the deposit and when is the balance due?
We require a deposit of £100 per week or part week per lodge, £80 per caravan or £60 per touring and camping pitch, plus our optional Cancellation Plan. The full balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
What is the difference between Service and Premier Service pitches?
Both Service and Premier service pitches are hardstanding, with water, drainage and electric. The main difference is that the premier pitches are slightly larger.
What is the smoking policy on the parks and in the holiday accommodation?
We operate a no smoking policy throughout all our accommodation and facility buildings as well as around our outdoor swimming pools. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. Please use the designated areas and cigarette bins provided. Where smoking is not allowed: Inside any of your accommodation including caravans and lodges All facility buildings, including entertainment venues (Starlight Bar and The Saltwater), restaurants and the leisure buildings Around our outdoor swimming pools Designated smoking areas: We ask guests who smoke to kindly use the designated smoking areas located around the park Cigarette bins are also provided
What time is Reception open and how do I contact you during our stay?

What type and length of cables and connections do I need?
To connect safely to our pitch facilities you will need a mains 16-amp, 15-metre outdoor electric cable is required for Standard, Service, Premier Service. A 10-metre water hose and waste pipe is required for Service and Premier Service pitches. These are available from most good camping shops.
When are the parks open?
Our holiday park is currently open and taking bookings across all accommodation types, including lodges, caravans, and touring pitches. Our accommodation is usually available to book year-round, making Beverley Holidays the perfect choice for both summer escapes and off-season breaks. Please note that some on-site facilities, activities, and entertainment operate seasonally, typically during peak periods and school holidays. These may also incur an additional charge. When will my hot tub be ready to use?
If you’ve booked one of our hot tub holidays then your hot tub will be heated up and at full temperature by the morning after your arrival date. Perfect to start the day relaxing in your bubbling Hot Tub. Hot tubs require a full clean, refill, and chemical treatment between guests. This is a careful process ensures water is safe and clean, but it can take several hours to reach its full temperature. All of our Touring and camping pitches include space for one vehicle, although this may not be the case if you have a very large tent / tourer.

Who can use the swimming pool and facilities at the Oasis Centre?
All children under 8 years of age and all non-swimmers MUST be accompanied and supervised in the pool be a responsible person over the age of 16 at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. For children under 4 years of age there must be 1 adult to 1 child. To use our Gym, Sauna and steam room you need to be 16 years old or over.
Will I be next to my friends or relatives?
We will do our best to ensure you are next to or as near as possible to your friends and relatives. If you request at the time of booking. We understand that holidaying with friends or relatives is more enjoyable when they are nearby, and we’ll always try to accommodate group requests wherever availability allows. Will there be heating?
Yes, all of our caravans and lodges have heating. Some caravans have electric panel heating, as well as an electric fire in the living room, and some are also central heated. All lodges have heating throughout. When choosing your accommodation online, click on ‘Find out more’ and then see ‘what is included’ for details of the heating system in your selected holiday home. Alternatively, you can ask our Reservations Team for further details.
