The Salt Path Film

For those inspired by the South West Coast Path, The Salt Path by Raynor Winn offers a powerful, heartfelt account of one couple’s transformative journey along this very trail. Following unexpected personal hardships, Raynor and her husband, Moth, set out on the South West Coast Path with little more than a tent and sheer determination. Their story captures the healing power of nature, resilience in the face of adversity, and the profound sense of freedom that walking this rugged path can bring.

As you explore the South West Coast Path, you may find, as they did, that the landscape has a way of offering perspective, comfort, and connection, making The Salt Path an inspiring read for anyone drawn to the beauty and challenge of coastal walking. Plus, as a Sunday Times Best seller, as well as being shortlisted for numerous prizes, The Salt Path has now been made into a major film starring Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs. Released to cinemas 30th May 2025.
